Before you travel, please take a moment to go through the important updates below to help you prepare for your trip and the competition.

Skate Asia 2025: Official Event Information

1. ISIAsia Annual General Meeting 2025

Friday, August 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Restaurant Oemah Boto, 1st Floor AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City, Cakung, East Jakarta.

2. Skate Asia 2025 Opening Ceremony

Monday, August 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Each rink is invited to send 3–5 representatives for the flag parade.
Catch MIRAI NAGASU live performance!
All participants must wear team jackets.

3. ISIAsia Ceremony

August 4, 2025, at approx. 6:00 PM during the Opening Ceremony.
Featuring 1st Asia Referee Inauguration and ISIAsia Championship Series 2024 Award Ceremony.

4. International Workshop with Mirai Nagasu

August 4, 2025
Group 1: 9:00 PM – 9:45 PM (Toe Loop Jump Techniques)
Group 2: 9:45 PM – 10:30 PM (Axel Jump Masterclass)

5. ISIAsia Coach Accreditation Program (CAP) Full Level 4

• August 6, 7:45 PM – 9:45 PM (On ice with Mirai Nagasu)
• August 7, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (On ice with Mirai Nagasu & Michael Bramante)
• August 8, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Classroom session at AEON HALL, Level 2)

6. ISIAsia Judge Test Session

• Session 1: August 2, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Session 2: August 3, 2025 | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

7. Skate Asia 2025 Award Ceremony

Sunday, August 11, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM.

8. High Level Test

Immediately after Award Ceremony on August 11, approx. 6:00 PM.

9. Submission of Music

Submit music to: music.skateasia2025@gmail.com
Use format: Event No_Skaters Name_Event Name
Example: Event 129_Irene_Freestyle4

10. Competition Schedule (as of July 29) Released

Please re-check your skaters' data and events carefully. Event numbers locked since July 3.

11. Public Ice Time

Practice ice sessions are available:

• August 2–7: 07:00–07:45
• August 8: 09:00–09:45 (S1), 10:05–10:50 (S2)
• August 9: 08:00–08:45
• August 10–11: 09:00–09:45

Fee: 300,000 IDR/session (Cash Only)
No headphones allowed during sessions.
Coaches may not enter the ice.

12. Rink Closure & Private Team Booking

Rink closed to public on July 31 & August 1 for private team bookings.
Bookings confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

13. Skater & Coach ID REQUIRED

Entry requires official Skater/Coach ID.
No ID = No Entry
Misuse = Confiscation

14. Music Checking Counter

Located at rink entrance.
Verify your music before your event.

15. Chaperone or Parents Area

Only skaters and coaches allowed inside rink area during competition.
Special waiting area provided at Level 2, AEON JGC.

16. Rink Map

Attached to email: General Rink Map and Speed Racing Map.
Includes 3 Skater Check-In Areas (A, B, C).

17. ISICMS App

Official event communication app (iOS & Android).
Use to check results, competition info, and announcements.

Important Reminders

• Arrive at rink at least 1 hour before your event.
• If an event runs less than 30 minutes early, it will continue as scheduled.
• Traffic in Jakarta, especially near malls, can be heavy—plan ahead.
